- Physically able to be on your feet for multiple hours and lift at least 30 pounds
- Assist Lead Producer with general onsite production including but not limited to ensuring vendors are performing contracted services maintaining the Run of Show timeline so the event stays on track managing an activation station handing out swag or other promotional items working event registration or checkin entertainment runner identifying issues and needs as they pop up and promptly addressing general floater to answer guest questions or concerns encourage engagement crowd direction etc.
- Assist Lead Producer with general event set up and/or tear down including but not limited to loading dock oversight registration setup centerpiece and linen placements entertainment stations promotional item inventory light assembly needs chair and table placements etc.
- Installation of banners or other event signage
- This position requires help with physical taskscarrying boxes moving tables etc.
- Assist with other set up/tear down duties as needed
