Standard Process Application
- Identify and flag deviations/ risks with the safety health quality and environment. This includes the reporting of near misses
- Apply escalation process in case of any deviation (safety environment quality performance)
- Know the recommended gestures to perform the standard operating modes. Suggest proposals to improve the operating mode.
- Ensure proper recording of barriers and performance in Red / Green follow up
Brazing
- Adept in assessing and managing the brazing for different metals and alloys.
- Needs to understand the specifications presented for various products and complete the brazing process from orching to the cooling
- Align and secure workpieces in fixtures jigs or vise usingule square or template.
Sub Assembly
- Work on the sub assembly of equipment/components that are part of the larger unit.
- Run the appropriate tests to ensure the product is functional from a quality safety and operational stand point
- Work on product specs to prep product for assembly
