- You get to work with different coteachers each day!
- There is more variety in your work day! Our teachers have responsibilities outside of teaching. Since we are a small business everyone helps to run the business. You can help with marketing administration inventory planning etc.
- We teach 50minute active early learning classes. You work will with a wide variety of ages 3 months to 7 years) and get to teach lots of different ages and children on each shift.
- No lesson planning! You get to concentrate on curriculum delivery. My Gyms corporate office creates our weekly curriculum.
- Our classes focus on learning through active play. Kids at My Gym are smiling the whole time because My Gym is the highlight of their day!
- Experience working with and teaching young children (infants to 8 years).
- An athletic background. You must be physically fit since we teach active learning classes in a childrens gym!
- An outgoing and social personality.
- An interest in career growth. This position can lead to becoming an Assistant Manager or Manager.
- Must be able to work on Friday afternoons 125pm) to attend our weekly curriculum meetings.
- Must be able to work one weekend shift. Typically about 6 hours.
- Must be able to work 4 or 5 shifts each week.
