This person will work with all employees on various tasks and projects and be the first contact with our clients and their families. To be successful in this role you will:
- Provide Exceptional Client Support: Serve as the frontline representative of our mental health providers ensuring that clients receive the highest level of care understanding and support. Respond to inquiries requests and concerns with compassion and empathy ensuring that each client feels valued and heard.
- Appointment Coordination:Facilitate scheduling and coordination of appointments between clients and mental health professionals ensuring seamless communication and timely access to care.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their individual needs and provide personalized assistance throughout their journey with our mental health services.
- Client Advocacy: Act as a dedicated advocate for our clients ensuring their voices are heard and their concerns are addressed by the appropriate teams within the organization.
- EnhancingServiceDelivery: Collaborate with internal teams to gather client feedback suggestions and concerns contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and the overall client experience.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Montana Drivers License (or obtain within 60 days of employment)
- Must pass a Background check prior to start date
