You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPhysical therapists are health care professionals who help individuals maintain restore and improve movement activity and functioning thereby enabling optimal performance and enhancing health wellbeing and quality of life. Their services prevent minimize or eliminate impairments of body functions and structures activity limitations and participation restrictions. Physical therapy is provided for individuals of all ages who have or may develop impairments activity limitations and participation restrictions related to 1 conditions of the musculoskeletal neuromuscular cardiovascular pulmonary and/or integumentary systems or 2 the negative effects attributable to unique personal and environmental factors as they relate to human performance.
Successful completion of an accredited physical therapy educational program and passed approved licensing exam.
Doctor of Physical Therapy APTA Board Certified Specialist preferred.
Current Minnesota License to practice Physical Therapy or eligible for a Minnesota License. Current BLS certification or completion within 60 days of hire.
Must be able to travel between sites as needed. If required to provide therapy services in another state will be required to have a current license to practice Physical Therapy in that state.
