Position: StoreManager
Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate
Desired Experience: 7 to 10 years experience
- Control inventories all items.
- Daily working on Daily / Weekly / Monthly Stock and Shortages.
- Handling all the logistics related problems.
- Controlling on all materials & cost.
- Ensure that subordinates are aware of and familiar with assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Maintaining all the standard operating procedures decided by the company
- The inward material as per Purchase Order.
- Preparation of Good Receipt Note of all incoming Material & Labour charges bill.
- MAKING GRN in SAP.
- Material storage as per Warehouse structure to ensure SAFETY Policy.
- Procurement planning as per minimum stock & as per Production plan.
- Preparing all type of delivery challan like 57F4 Returnable dc.
- Ensuring all Key Controls for Stores.
- Material dispatch planning as per material readiness and stock availability on daily basis. An arrangement of trucks as per material availability intimate to transporters for placing trucks as per required locations follow up with transporters for placing vehicles in time finalizing transportation contracts attending customer complaints sales returns.
