Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Infinite Consulting is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer for our esteemed Federal Government Client. This is a 6 months initial contract.
About the role:
As the Senior Automation and Virtualization Specialist You will be responsible for managing and improving the Departments Aria Automation NSXT and VMware vSphere environment and server infrastructure (rack mounted and blade servers) as part of the Infrastructure Platforms team.
You will also be accountable for developing monitoring systems such as Aria Operations. The role requires producing design documents build documents operations documents handover and sharing of knowledge with other team members.
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in few of the following technologies:
Aria Automation 8.x
Aria Orchestrator
VMware NSXT
VMware vSphere
Aria Operations
Site Recovery Manager
- Demonstrated scripting and coding experience in few of the following: PowerShell PowerCLI YAML JavaScript.
- Ability to produce design build and operations documents for processes and procedures.
Submission Requirements:
Duration: 6 months contract
Clearance: Australian Citizens with Baseline clearance
