Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of projects ensuring that they are delivered within budget and in compliance with contractual requirements. You will work closely with project managers subcontractors and vendors to negotiate contracts manage risks and maximize profitability.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial management within the construction industry
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
