The Opportunity
The Industrial Engineer will join the engineering team and work with operations to improve customer service and satisfaction employee satisfaction and with a focus on cost savings. You will ensure success of engineered labor standards and continuous improvement projects to drive efficiency quality safety and support overall business growth. You will work onsite in our West Chester OH distribution center and report to the Sr. Manager of Process Excellence.

Cornerstone operates a separate ecommerce site for each brand distributes 163 million catalogs annually and has 33 retail and outlet stores.
Your Impact
Partnering with the Operations Team you will develop labor standards across 4 buildings in greater West Chester / Monroe Ohio and Arizona through data collection using time study methodologies
Develops WMS reporting requirements necessary to capture data to measure labor performance
Lead continuous improvement opportunities (technology process material handling etc) to maximize workflow and spatial utilization.
Simplify and standardize endtoend supply chain process paths and process steps while concurrently working to close the gap between current and future processes.
Develop process documentation and ensure the adherence to these documented procedures.
Recommend and assess technology to improve efficiency and/or safety. Develop and present factbased business cases.
Oversee capital projects to include vendor(s) relationships internal crossfunctional support schedule spending and benefit realization.
Ensure projects meet defined scope finish on schedule stay within budget and deliver the expected benefits.
Regularly report project status including progress schedule milestones cost and risks.
What You Bring
A Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
1 years of experience in a highvolume warehousing environment (distribution or fulfillment).
Project Management Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions) and Visio PowerPoint and Word
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar required
Ability to work onsite in West Chester OH
Ability to work flexible hours overtime and weekends as needed
Ability to travel as needed
Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
