About Us:
We own and operate four franchise home service businessesin theplumbing HVAC and drywallindustries. All companies operate out of our Farmingdale office and require aGeneral/Operations Managerto oversee daily operations improve efficiencies and drive profitability.
The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized General/Operations Managerto lead operations across all four companies. This role requires strong leadership operational expertise and an ability to drive business performance. The ideal candidate must have experience inhome services be skilled inprocess management and haveexpertlevel knowledge of ServiceTitan (required).

Responsibilities:
Technician Training:Train all technicians on the proper processes outlined by each franchise to ensure quality and consistency.
Customer Satisfaction & Support:Handle customer concerns ensure high service standards and resolve issues to maintain strong client relationships.
FollowUp on Unsold Estimates:Engage potential customers to improve close rates and maximize revenue.
Job Costing & Profitability:Oversee job costing and ensure each job is performed profitably.
P&L Management:Monitor financial performance across all four companies identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability.
Tech Stack Utilization:Work withinServiceTitan Hatch Marketing Pro and communicate with ownership viaSlackto ensure smooth operations.
Maximizing Lead Conversion:Ensure technicians take advantage of lead opportunities and maintain strong closing rates.
CSR Performance Oversight:Ensure customer service representatives (CSRs) are booking leads efficiently and maintaining a strong conversion rate.
Requirements:
Industry Knowledge:Experience in theplumbing HVAC and drywallhome service industries.
ServiceTitan Expertise (Required):Must have indepth knowledge and handson experience usingServiceTitan.
Customer Service & Sales Experience:Proven track record of handling customer transactions and improving close rates in a home service business.
Leadership & Multitasking Ability:Must be able to manage multiple companies simultaneously pivot quickly and execute decisions effectively.
Sense of Urgency & ProblemSolving Skills:Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and resolve issues efficiently.
