Job Overview :
We are seeking a midlevel Real Estate Sales Manager for our commercial division located in Pune. This fulltime position involves engaging with potential clients facilitating site visits and managing sales bookings for commercial properties. The candidate should possess skills in commercial sales and commercial real estate.
Qualifications and Skills :
* Proven experience in commercial real estate sales with a strong focus on client engagement and deal closure.
* Proficient in using CRM software to manage client interactions and maintain information accuracy.
* Skilled in commercial real estate negotiation techniques to ensure favorable outcomes for clients and the company.
* Experience with lead generation tools to identify potential clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
* Strong understanding of commercial properties and the ability to identify client requirements and match them with suitable listings.
* Ability to talk to leads generated by the marketing team and convey detailed project information effectively.
* Commercial and commercial sales skills (Mandatory skills) to drive individual and team sales performance.
* Ability to convince prospects for site visits and provide thorough assistance throughout the transaction process.
