The Role: Were looking for a Lead Recruiter to manage a team of 7 recruiters in our Nashville office with the goal of scaling that team while driving results. Youll be a handson leader optimizing processes mentoring your team and actively helping them close roles with clients. The teams success is your success and together youll aim to exceed $2.5M in annual revenue for direct hire clients.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and grow a team of 7 recruiters in Nashville while optimizing their performance
- Roll up your sleeves to help recruiters close critical roles with clients
- Collaborate with leadership to set KPIs and ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds targets
- Drive $2.5M in annual revenue through direct hire placements in civil engineering legal and technology
- Foster a culture of persistence hard work and camaraderie while keeping Nxt Levels standards high
- Develop recruitment strategies to target toptier candidates in civil engineering legal and technology
- Maintain a focus on results datadriven decisionmaking and continuous improvement
