Assists and escorts students when necessary for the purpose of attending to the students care needs and arrival to/from destinations. 2. Attends meetings and inservice presentations for the purpose of acquiring and/or conveying information relative to job functions. 3. Communicates with supervising instructional staff and a variety of health care professionals and professional support personnel for the purpose of communicating progress. 4. Maintains instructional materials and/or manual and electronic files/records for the purpose of ensuring availability of items providing written reference and/or meeting mandated requirements. 5. Monitors students daily schedule for the purpose of maintaining a safe and positive learning environment.6. Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work (example toileting assistance and support when transitioning from one piece of equipment to another.7. Salary & Terms of Employment: In accordance with the FreetownLakeville Regional School District Educators Association contract.
