Position: FullTimeJob Description:
Foundation Medical Partners is seeking a compassionate skilled and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team in Pepperell MA. This is a fulltime position at our wellestablished clinic providing highquality patientcentered care to individuals and families in a communityfocused environment.
As part of our collaborative team you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive healthcare services from preventive care to managing chronic conditions to a diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality care for patients of all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics.
- Diagnose and treat a wide variety of medical conditions.
- Conduct routine checkups and preventive care including screenings and health education.
- Manage chronic illnesses perform minor procedures and provide comprehensive followup care.
- Collaborate with specialists and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient encounters in electronic medical records (EMR) with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinic operational improvements.
- Foster a compassionate patientcentered approach to care and maintain excellent communication with patients and their families.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Boardcertified or boardeligible in Family Medicine.
- Valid Massachusetts medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients families and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Dedication to patient care and commitment to the principles of preventive medicine.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment while maintaining the highest standards of care.
