Matchwell is hiring a Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) for one of our Skilled Nursing partners in Bethel Park PA! See below for full details and benefits.
Salary: $32$37/hr
Schedule: Local candidates Contracts ONLY
Position Requirements:
- Current LPN License in good standing
- Current Tuberculosis screening
- Hepatitis B Influenza COVID vaccination (Required) Physical CPR/BLS
- Background and Drug Screening
- Point Click Care experience required
- Completion of an infusion therapy education program
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure and chart patients medical history and maintain complete records.
- Monitor patients conditions and response to care plan reporting any changes to healthcare team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as outlined in patients care plan.
- Other duties as assigned.
