Centurion is proud to be the provider ofmedical and mental health servicesto the Florida Department of Corrections.
We are currently seeking a FullTimeLicensed Practical Nurse to join our team atAvon Park Correctional Institutionlocated in Avon Park Florida.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
** Schedule is Monday Friday; 8:30am 5:00pm **
** PRN available for 8 and 12 hour shifts**

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
Must be appropriately and actively certified in CardioPulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
