We are seeking Summer Camp Instructors with expertise and enthusiasm to lead specialized STEM camps at university campuses. These camps offer students an opportunity to explore robotics game design engineering and makerbased projects in an immersive and collaborative environment.
Youll deliver wellcrafted lessons that inspire curiosity problemsolving and creativity while fostering a positive supportive atmosphere for students. With a provided curriculum and materials youll focus on making STEM learning accessible and exciting.

Job Description:
We are seeking Summer Camp Instructors with expertise and enthusiasm to lead specialized STEM camps at university campuses. These camps offer students an opportunity to explore robotics game design engineering and makerbased projects in an immersive and collaborative environment.
Youll deliver wellcrafted lessons that inspire curiosity problemsolving and creativity while fostering a positive supportive atmosphere for students. With a provided curriculum and materials youll focus on making STEM learning accessible and exciting.
In this role you will:
- Facilitate handson activities that engage students in STEM concepts ensuring an interactive and immersive experience.
- Manage groups of 1012 campers fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills to ensure a focused and engaging learning environment.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the camp experience and address camper needs effectively.
- Communicate with parents and guardians as needed providing updates on student progress and camp activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 12 years of experience teaching tutoring or working in STEMrelated programs camps or educational settings.
Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old with demonstrated experience working with children. A minimum of three months (fulltime or equivalent parttime) of verified experience with schoolage children is required.
- Expertise in one or more of the following: robotics engineering game design or makerbased projects.
- Ability to work with kids in Grades TK8 providing a positive and enriching experience.
- Ability to resolve conflicts that may arise between campers quickly and effectively.
- Ability to foster the personal growth of all campers and ensure a fun safe and welcome environment.
- Possess excellent communication skills able to clearly and positively interact with both campers and their parents.
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
- Ability to lift and carry 2050 lbs. occasionally (with or without accommodations)
- Must be available Monday Friday between 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Are willing and able to participate in Brains & Motion summer camp training and complete a background check before camp begins
- Fulltime availability from June to August 2025 MondayFriday 8:00 AM6:00 PM.
