As an AI Automation Researcher you will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation through the innovation and research of advanced AI technologies including Generative AI AI Agents and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Your primary focus will be on enhancing operational efficiency and strategic decisionmaking by researching designing and implementing autonomous systems. Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead research initiatives to innovate and enhance AI models AI Agents and RPA systems prioritizing autonomy adaptability and efficiency.
Understand business workflows and identify opportunities for automation and AI integration.
Translate identified opportunities into detailed automation and AI use case scope documents.
Drive the distinction between automation and AI solutions based on the use case scope.
Develop highlevel solution designs for automation and AI based on use case documents.
Lead the proof of concept for identified use cases in collaboration with the extended team.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate RPA with AI solutions ensuring seamless automation of both structured and unstructured processes.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI research and technology applying this knowledge to drive business innovation.
Ensure AI agents align with business objectives and operational needs.
Contribute to strategic planning and decisionmaking processes related to AI and automation initiatives.
Skill Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science AI or a related field.
Proven experience in AI research AI model development and automation technologies.
Strong understanding of AI machine learning natural language processing and software development.
Knowledge of AI agent orchestration and collaboration tools.
Proficiency in data analysis and modelling techniques.
Ability to understand business workflows and identify automation opportunities.
Experience in translating business opportunities into detailed use case scope documents.
Capability to distinguish between automation and AI solutions based on use case requirements.
Experience in developing highlevel solution designs for automation and AI.
Proven ability to lead proof of concept initiatives with crossfunctional teams.
Excellent problemsolving and collaboration skills.
Strong communication skills to present technical findings to diverse business audiences.
