We build teams and select the best technology partners to improve the way digital is used to engage and inspire fans build brand profile and generate revenue.What Youll Do:
IMG is looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage the daytoday social media output for a USsports organization in international markets.
The position will require you to plan the content output across a range of multilanguage social channels manage the remote Social Media Manager team and work directly with the client daily to grow their audience and fan engagement globally.
You will also be a part of IMGs wider team growing your expertise as a digital practitioner in the sports industry.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a permanent role based our facility in Chiswick Park London. You will be required to work evenings and weekends based on a schedule.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
Responsible for managing a team of local remote Social Media Managers in a number of international markets
Formulate and implement social strategies that align with wider business goals for platforms including Facebook YouTube X Instagram and TikTok
Ownership of the creation and delivery of social content and campaigns that align to the agreed strategy
Oversee the production of social assets from ideation to publication ensuring quality & correct brand positioning
Ensure social opportunities are maximised for key pieces of content that are created throughout the year including capturing content through your own means
Presenting social media ideas campaigns and strategies to clients of all levels
Analysing and interpreting research and data to detect trends and create strategic and operational recommendations
Writing client facing presentations and presenting key findings to senior management
Resource planning project management and milestone tracking
Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders across the clients business identifying opportunities and developing creative solutions to complex problems
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
Indepth knowledge of social media and specifically Facebook YouTube X Instagram and TikTok with experience working in a social media role
Knowledge of and interest in US Sports (eg NFL NBA and NHL)
Excellent understanding of what works on key social media platforms and the content production process
Experience of delivering largescale social media campaigns from ideation through to
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal including strong presentation skills
Organised calm under pressure and an ability to meet fixed deadlines (both internal and client)
Wed Love If You Also Have These (not essential):
Experience leading parts or all of an organisations social media operations
Knowledge of branding both visually and through tone of voice
Experience using social analytics platforms (e.g. Facebook X Instagram)
Knowledge of photo / graphics programmes (e.g. Photoshop) and video editing (e.g. Premiere)
Experience working in international markets (e.g. Europe LATAM MENA etc.
Fluent written and spoken languages (in addition) to English would be highly advantageous.
