Swim Instructor/Lifeguard Fun Stable & Good Pay!
Calphin Swim Academy in Dublin is seeking friendly energetic and responsible swim instructors and lifeguards. The ideal candidate is selfmotivated has a passion for swimming and enjoys working with children. Our lessons and curriculum were created and modified by an Olympic Medalist in swimming!

Responsibilities and Duties
- Swim instruction for children and adults from beginner to competitive
- Deliver learning progression in a safe and fun environment
- Safely guard and enforce all pool safety rules (Lifeguard)
- Commit to the assigned work shifts or schedules
- Timely recognize & respond to emergencies with care as trained
Qualifications and Skills
- Attention to detail and awareness of pool safety
- Competitive swim experience (preferred not required)
- Swim Instruction Experience (preferred not required)
- Lifeguard experience with active ARC Lifeguard Certification (preferred not required)
- Must be 16 years or older and fluent in English
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
Job Types: Fulltime Parttime
Pay: $16.00 $25.00 per hour (D.O.E.
About Calphin:
As a lifetime member of the U.S. Swim School Association Calphin was cofounded in 2003 by a world champion and Olympic Medalist. The club is wellknown in the Bay Area for its proprietary masterybased curriculum which is uniquely distilled from 30 years of swim training competition and coaching experience from our Olympian cofounder. Our swimmers benefit tremendously by learning to swim in the right way from the very beginning. The club also provides modern safe clean and wellmaintained indoor swim facilities in both Dublin and Fremont locations.
Compensacin: $16.00 $25.00 per hour
Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school. All inquiries about employment at these schools should be made directly to the school location and not to US Swim School Association.
