We are looking for you to join our team as a Shift Technician (m/f/d) FullTime.

What you can expect:
- Varied and responsible tasks in a dynamic hotel environment
- Performing repairs and maintenance work on technical systems to ensure optimum guest comfort
- Supervising and coordinating repair and maintenance activities with external service providers
- Monitoring adjusting and maintaining heating ventilation and airconditioning systems along with other technical facilities
- Conducting regular maintenance and inspections of building systems to guarantee smooth operations
- Implementing safety guidelines and ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards
- Collaborating effectively with other departments particularly Front Office Housekeeping and Engineering
- Carrying out inspections and testing of machinery equipment and technical tools
- Responding swiftly and flexibly to technical challenges and operational disruptions
- Contributing to process improvements through innovative technical solutions and optimisations
What were looking for:
- Completed training in a technical field
- Prior experience in hospitality or facility management is a plus but not essential
- Independent and structured work style
- High level of quality awareness and solutionoriented thinking
- Good German and English language skills
