Job Description
We are looking for a Test Engineer to ensure quality through comprehensive test strategy development detailed test case creation and clear reporting.
Location: Brussels hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Provide effort estimations and planning of the test activities
- Elaborate on a test strategy
- Collaborate with functional analysts and developers in defining requirements and designs
- Preparation of test conditions
- of test conditions and reporting of issues
- Automation of specific test conditions
- Develop and execute sprintspecific test cases ensuring timely feedback within the agile development cycle
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in testing
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch
- Ability to define comprehensive testing approaches including test type selection (regression E2E etc. automation strategy and clear test scenario/case creation.
- Strong development skills for building robust maintainable and scalable automation test suites.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze logs perform API testing execute database queries and utilize relevant testing tools.
- Excellent analytical skills to identify report and troubleshoot software defects effectively.
- Ability to clearly communicate testing strategies and provide effective guidance to backup testers.
