As a Student Operations Assistant in Customer Support you will:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Assist in scheduling and rearranging appointments to ensure optimal planning and time management.
Support daily operations by taking on manageable tasks from our Operations Planner adapting processes to fit a junior role.
Communicate with customers to confirm appointment details and gather necessary information.
Maintain high standards of customer service and data quality in our systems.
