Job Title: Sales Manager – Mortgage Loan
Location: Vadodara & Rajkot
CTC: Up to 10 LPA
Experience: 4 years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a resultsdriven Sales Manager – Mortgage Loan to lead sales efforts in Vadodara & Rajkot. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in mortgage loan sales a strong network and a track record of achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
Build relationships with financial institutions developers & channel partners.
Manage & mentor a team of sales executives.
Monitor market trends & competitor activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies & regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
4 years in mortgage loan sales with a proven track record.
Strong leadership communication & negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office.
Willingness to travel.
