Job Description
- Enterprise Architect
- 1 Offshore – Locations (Bengaluru) India with a shift to cover at least up to 1 PM Central; RRT
i. Description of work and details on what requested resource(s) will be doing The resource will provide architectural support for the cloud migration of RRT applications simplification of RRT ecosystem of apps.
ii. Deliverables

- Cloud solution patterns cloud security resiliency & observability CMM architecture review and current state & future state cloud architecture create future infrastructure cost estimate for accurate forecasting
- Additionally the resource facilitate collaboration between teams develop detailed solutions and designs align with enterprise cloud migration strategies collaborate with vendors engineering teams and enterprise/application architects
- The resource will also focus on continuous improvement of practices measuring and reporting project deliverables with the help of the engineering team facilitating architecture discussions reviews and other sessions with different teams
- Identify gaps and pain points within the current state by influencing the development communication and implementation of the RRT technology architecture
- Build endtoend solution plans in the form of roadmaps that define the future state solution scope of solution initiatives and solution delivery sequencing through architecture transition states

iii. Key Skills / Experience

- 68 years of enterprise architecture experience and well versed with enterprise architecture practices
- Cloud Solution Architecture Cloud System/Business Analyst API Kafka Azure cloud platform
- Ability to work with multiple stake holders in a matrixed organization
- Deep understanding of application interactions and pattern

iv. Preferred skills

- Certifications in TOGAF Cloud or Agile
- Previous involvement in largescale organizations implementing cloud strategies
- Ability to work on multiple largescale technology initiatives concurrently
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and collaboration skills and techniques to create innovative market leading solution
