Join our team as a Desktop Support Engineer and help keep our organization running smoothly. Youll be the goto person for all things tech from hardware troubleshooting to software installations.
What youll do:
- Provide onsite and remote technical support
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Manage device installations moves and changes for desktops laptops and peripherals
- Support various IT projects such as software deployments and network upgrades
- Maintain and optimize IT assets including inventory management and hardware/software upgrades
- Assist with data migration and recovery processes
- Provide excellent customer service to all users including VIP support
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science or related field
- 23 years of experience in IT support
- Strong technical skills
- Excellent communications
- Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS
- Experince in troubleshotting hardware & software good knowledge of netowkrs VPN remote desktop support
1-3 years of experience in IT support Proficiency in Windows /Mac OS Understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Remote Desktop) Fluency in English
Education
A degree in Computer Science or related field
