Responsible for contacting existing clients via phone and email on a regular basis assuring they are maximizing their current solution as well as uncovering potential incremental opportunities for products and services.
Analyze usage metrics and suggest new strategies to clients to help them reach their goals.
Frequent phone and email use as well as ability to think outside of the box to provide unique solutions as per the clients needs.
Collaborate with inside and outside sales representative on potential upselling opportunities and bring these opportunities to the table.
Work closely with Client Service Manager to ensure project accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Provide superior communication and customer service.
Qualifications:
56 years of proven successful sales experience and at least 23 years of high dollar complex business to business solution sales experience.
Bachelors Degree
Experience selling and speaking to high levels within an organization: General Counsels Chief Compliance Officers SVPs Directors etc.
Consultative Account Management (not transactional) sales experience and familiarity with a longer sales cycle.
Experience familiarity and awareness with online research resources and tools such as Salesforce OneSource Google
Analytical and Conscientiousable to assess business situations recommend solutions and follow up to ensure the solution was effective.
Experience and success in a Farmer role.
Interest and exposure to world events familiar with common business practices experience and understanding of various industries and markets; well rounded base of knowledge.
Technically competent: proficient and resourceful in locating information using internet or other online resources and a high degree of knowledge with Microsoft Office applications.
