PURPOSE:
Manages and coordinatesQA and CSV projects and services in order to meet clients expectations andbusiness goals ensuring optimization and respecting Company profitabilitywith the support of the Services Managing Director.
Ensures appropriatestaffing of production activities and development of human resources in linewith business objectives. He/She guarantees the alignment of the departmentwith business strategy and goals and ensures operational quality in line withregulatory requirements.
Liaises with the QAS Business Partner toguarantee customer satisfaction via account management support and develop newbusiness opportunities for the Company.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Identifies successfuldrivers and defines and manages KPIs for strategic processes to guaranteecontinuous improvement of QAS services
- Ensures that Departmentprocesses are efficient and costeffective and ready for internal or externalInspections according to a defined strategy
- Ensures departmentprofitability at gross margin level through efficient target allocation ratesand resources billability
- Escalates to theManaging Director and the Consulting Business Major/Critical Risks for Clientrelationships
- Contributes to andensures optimal public relations activities and brand awareness
- Assesses customersfeedback and makes necessary improvements
- Represents the companyat client/partner meetings and participates in scientific meetings
- Supervises companyProcesses
- Consults and supportsProject Managers for resolution of priority issues
- Validates the relevanttechnical aspects of project proposals
- Develops his/herreports
- Performs billable rolewithin Client projects according to his/her specific background and area ofexperience within the regulated environment
- Acts as Auditor and QArepresentative among Clients if required
- Creates regulateddocuments or specific consultancy services as appropriate
- Monitors resourcesperformances on key processes
- Guarantees compliancewith current regulations
- Prepares and getsapproval for the yearly plan for the department
- Supports HR instaffing enhancing employer brand staff retention and satisfaction
- Ensures that clientsreceive the requested services ensuring the quality of the projects deliverieswithin the agreed budget and profitability
- Manages the QAS projectportfolio and its risk
- Ensures accuraterevenue recognition on a monthly basis and approved departmental costs
- Managesand approves supplier selection
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree in LifeSciences/Scientific matters
- Atleast 10 years of relevant work experience in Quality Assurance with at least 5years of supervisory experience
- English Fluent
- Essential regulatory guidelines worldwide
