You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe incumbent is responsible for assisting with supervisingpublic service staff in the daily operations of the Wilmington office position assists staff with the application of complexfiscal/financial/auditing functions in connection with reviewing and processingdocuments. The position also assists taxpayers in person or over the phone toassist with the resolution of any outstanding tax issues. Advanced technicalknowledge and the ability to apply complex state and federal laws rules and regulationsto evaluate taxpayer accounts and respond to taxpayer questions is desired. Inaddition the incumbent will develop and implement training programs to providestaff with required technical skills.
