Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage endtoend recruitment processes for clients including sourcing screening interviewing and shortlisting candidates.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Use job portals social media and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and negotiate salary packages with selected candidates.
