Job Description :

Extensive knowledge of Salesforce data structure and understanding of how to demonstrate the platform to meet sophisticated process and reporting requirements

Research design develop demonstrate and test high quality functional and marketing prototypes and endtoend solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry standard methodologies as well as business needs

Execute the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in SFDC applicationap

Communicate and collaborate with technical staff and executive and management partners regarding status technical issues and creative solutions

Handle numerous projects/priorities using validated project management methodologies and sound development practices to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions

Advise project teams and clients on standard methodologies for security privacy license compliance and considerations and governance of Salesforce data and applications

Implement and deploy AppExchange products

Research integration issues and work closely with team members on operations and development staff

Research and maintain current certifications on salesforce technologies and communicate trends and future needs from a business and technical perspective

Build business partner trust respect and strong customer relationship

Document standard methodologies and implementation procedures

Facilitate continuous improvement within the environment

Provide mentorship to other Workday employees on Salesforce development architecture and strategies

Note : Multi platform role (SAP Salesforce ERP etc) Platform Integration Designing Architecture.
