- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule deliveries
- Collect payments and update customer files
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing data entry and typing
- Utilize computerized systems such as POS Microsoft Office and internet and other office equipment
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment
- Proficient in using computer software for data entry and administrative tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information
