Reputation is seeking a Sr. Director of Product Marketing to lead the strategy and of product marketing initiatives that drive market penetration competitive advantage and revenue growth. This role will be responsible for defining product positioning developing gotomarket strategies and optimizing pricing to maximize market impact. You will oversee market research competitive analysis and customer insights to ensure our products are effectively differentiated and aligned with customer needs.
As a strategic leader you will partner closely with Product Management Sales and broader Marketing teams to translate business objectives into structured product marketing plans. You will also lead a highperforming team guiding them in developing compelling messaging sales enablement tools and launch strategies that drive product adoption and success in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute product marketing strategies that establish and enhance Reputations market positioning competitive differentiation and revenue growth.
Oversee the development of gotomarket plans working crossfunctionally to ensure seamless product launches adoption and sustained market impact.
Lead market research efforts to identify customer needs industry trends and competitive movements translating insights into actionable strategies.
Develop and refine pricing strategies based on market data competitive analysis and customer value to optimize market share and profitability.
Drive messaging and positioning strategies that clearly articulate product value across multiple industries customer personas and segments.
Align closely with Product Management to influence product roadmap decisions based on market insights customer feedback and business objectives.
Partner with Sales leadership to develop enablement tools including sales decks competitive battle cards case studies and training programs that drive revenue growth.
Oversee the creation of marketing assets such as product videos webinars blogs and whitepapers to support demand generation and brand awareness.
Monitor and report on key product marketing metrics measuring the success of initiatives and identifying areas for improvement.
Lead mentor and develop a team of product marketing professionals fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and results.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field; MBA preferred.
12 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful gotomarket strategies.
Strong understanding of market research competitive analysis and pricing strategy.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling messaging.
Experience collaborating crossfunctionally with Product Sales and Marketing to drive business objectives.
Strong leadership and team development skills with a passion for mentoring and growing talent.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highgrowth environment while managing multiple priorities.
