Title:Subscriber Services Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for establishing and maintaining engineering and operational standards innovation and strategic direction to include design deployment configuration and maintenance standards related to the HLR/HSS//STP/DSR/LSMS/SIP/3GPP AAA ENUM PCRF and valueadded services nodes (SMS MMSC PCC)
Responsible for managing theSubscriberServices team.
Manage relationships with Billing Roaming Carrier Voice and other organizations to provide necessary support to their operations.
Provide leadership to manage demands from projects and technology upgrades including recommendations for vendor tools/solutions and global alignment of networks related to area of expertise.
Assist in the development of a strategic roadmap to ensureSubscriberServices network architecture operations goals are met.
Support containerbased technologies including Docker and Kubernetes as well as virtualization technologies.
Responsible for vendor performance management for deliverable related to hardware & software issues and overall operational performance.
Responsible for minimizing capital and expense costs associated with theSubscriberServices network elements.
Hire coach and mentor staff to ensure individual growth and development.
REQUIRED
o At least 10 years of experience specifically in an HLR/HSS/IMS/STP/DSR/LSMS/PCRF/ and valueadded service environment required.
o Work experience and comprehensive knowledge and expertise in 4G and 5G architecture VoLTE call flows signaling and PCRF
o Proven track record of driving change and transformation in network operations processes tools and technologies through metricsdriven KPIbased methodologies and an evidencebased operational improvement and decisionmaking approach to best meet business objectives and priorities.
o Must be able to demonstrate indepth technical knowledge related SS7 SIP SIGTRAN protocols 3GPP standards and familiarity with industry best practices.
o Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment.
o Ability to plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
o Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to communicate sophisticated technical concepts to nontechnical members of the organization.
o Demonstrate experience in project management and leading multifunctional teams.
