Position Summary
The LSU Health Sciences Center Department of Medicine Section of HematologyOncology in New Orleans LA seeks four 4 enthusiastic and dynamic oncology clinicianscientists. Academic appointments will be at the rank of Assistant Professor Associate Professor or Professor; both tenured and nontenured/clinical tracks are available with rank and track dependent on qualifications. These unique positions offer candidates an opportunity to practice academic clinical oncology in conjunction with research appointments in the Louisiana State University Louisiana Childrens Medical Center Cancer Center. Research support will be available for candidates with demonstrated success as a clinician scientist. LSU Health Sciences Center is located in beautiful New Orleans Louisiana. It is the home of 6 schools and 13 Centers of Excellence. The LSUHSC School of Medicine is currently expanding its relationships with its academic clinical partners. As a result leadership roles within our clinical and research activities are available.
