This role will be responsible for account management customer success and onboarding for Gen IIs proprietary performance & attribution and data platforms Sensr Analytics and DataBridge. As a member of Sensrs Client Success Team you will be an integral part of client relations and implementation working closely with our clients and Gen IIs Client Service Teams. In addition as an expert on the applications you will build strong relationships with our clients ensure they are comfortable on the platforms and gather feedback to share with the product team for future enhancements.
The salary range for this position is $70000$121000 in addition to a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offered within that range will depend on the candidates experience level.
Work Arrangement
All applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that all US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule comprised of two 2 days a week in our office and three 3 days remotely.
