Position Level: Entry level
Employment Type: Fulltime Internship (MF 8:00am5:00pm or 8:30am5:30pm)

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and conduct telephone interviews with preemployment applicants as part of their background screening process
- Engage with preemployment applicants via text email and phone
- Escalate top priority critical issues to the appropriate department
- Occasionally makes outbound calls to preemployment applicants providing instructional information
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues
- Ability to multitask and have great organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
