Job Description
This position delivers prompt friendly courteous service to guests ensuring all orders for are done accurately and in a timely manner. This position works shifts in our Cloud Bar rooftop pool bar.

Responsibilities
- Serve properly mixed and proportioned drinks in a timely manner to guests and servers.
- Have excellent working knowledge of liquors beers and wines.
- Upsell and suggestive sell of both food and beverage to guests.
- Requisition and restock bar with all essential products and equipment.
- Monitor environment in room (temperature lighting music televisions).
- Observe and adhere to all liquor liability laws.
- Check identification of guests ensuring alcohol is served only to those patrons of legal drinking age.
- Monitor the intake of alcohol of guests prohibiting sale of alcohol to those who are intoxicated.
- Serving guests table side in lounge and/or restaurant as needed.
- Communicate with guests and respond to feedback in a positive manner resolving any service issues.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication & guest service skills
- Must have a strong attention to detail.
- Available to work a flexible shift including weekends and holidays.
- Must have or be able to obtain Food Handlers and TABC certification.
- Perform any and all other duties assigned and/or required by management.
- Must be able to lift pull push 50lbs.
- Must be able to walk stand up to 10 hours shift. Working Conditions: exposure to weather conditions hazardous chemicals and exposure to all food and beverage options.
