Job Summary
In partnership with the entire Asset Services Team the Building Engineer will work to meet the ongoing maintenance demands of the Portfolio to assure a high level of professionalism regarding all Portfolio maintenance requirements including timely response to and resolution of any tenant or owner requests or concerns.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing walking bending kneeling stooping crouching crawling and climbing all day.
