Job Description

Oversees and maintains security processes for the HRIS team. Trains HR field employees on PeopleSoft HR data entry processes and creates required training documentation. Produces queries as requested by the business and for the purposes of HRIS data audits.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer the security processes and documentation for both HR Security in all HRIS systems and Time & Labor security in PeopleSoft HR
  • Produce all required documentation for quarterly SOX audits and work with Internal Audit and HRT to update SOX documentation as needed
  • Training for new HR field resources and for existing resources for updated processes and/or refresher training sessions prior to rampup
  • Maintenance of existing training documentation and user guides
  • Write or produce queries as requested by the business
  • Oversee maintenance of the customer service log requests and ensure completion of tickets in a timely manner
  • Partner with HRT team to run queries and compile into Excel reports
  • Identify data integrity/accuracy issues and work with HRT or HRIS Coordinator to make updates/corrections
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 13years HRIS or administrative or HR data entry experience
  • 13 years of Report or Query writing preferred
  • PC skills with the Microsoft Suite including Access Excel Project Word
  • Knowledge of HR Processes and Data
  • Able to sort through issues seek input from others
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner is punctual at work and in meetings
  • Ability to prioritize and adjust plans as needed
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR system preferred
