Job Description

Pharmacist Float

Our Client is an established healthcare organization based in the Naples FL area that offers its employees topnotch benefits and toprated management.

The Position: Our Client is looking for a fulltime Pharmacist to Float Between Naples and Immokalee in two separate locations. They are offering the following compensation and benefits:

  • $90000$150000 (Depending on Experience)

Requirements:

  • Pharm.D Required of Accredited School of Pharmacy
  • Active Florida License
  • A Minimum Of One 1 Year Experience As A Licensed Pharmacist in Retail or Outpatient Setting.
  • Knowledge of Federal And State Laws Regulations And Standards Regarding The Provision of Pharmaceutical Services

Responsibilities:

  • Monday Friday 8am 5pm
  • Rotating Saturdays May Be Required In The Future
  • 100 Outpatient
  • No Nights
  • Responsible for the preparation dispensing and monitoring of medications used throughout the facility. The pharmacist is expected to sustain an environment for the safe rational effective and efficient use of medications prescribed to patients of all age groups.
  • Expected job responsibilities include performing admission and discharge medication reconciliation on highrisk and Medicare/Medicaid patients ensure followup care is addressed and appropriate referrals and services are arranged and deliver medicationrelated education to patients and caregivers on highrisk and highcost medications.
  • Responsible for the direct supervision of technical support personnel
