- Monitoring&reviewingtheSPCstudyprocessFMEAandMSAstudyonmonthly basis.
- Controlofdocumentsandrecordsasstipulatedinqualitysystemproceduresincludesthe issueofcontrolledcopies.
- MonitoringInWard&FinalInspection.
- 1stpieceinprocessinspectionreport&takingC.A.ifany.
- Inhandlingcustomercomplaintsandtheirsolutions.
- TomaintainingqualityrelateddocumentcalibrationreportInspectionreportandetc.
- Totakefollowuponsuppliercorrectiveactionreports.
- Preparingthe controlplanofInWardFinal&InProcesscomponent.
- PreparingPPAPPFMEAfornewdevelopmentcomponents
- Do SPC to check process capability.
- Vendor Audit & internal audit and online production inspection.
- Handling Quality team for inprocess inspection.
- Prepare Monthly data for MRM. Involvement in new machine trail & commissioning.
- Making SIR (Sample Inspection Report) for new products.
- Having a working Knowledge of Kaizen & pokayoka.
- Making a line layout for proper material movement.
- Active member in 5S activities 8d review meeting & safety meeting in the organization.
