Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customerfocused individual to join our Customer Services team as a Customer Services Clerk. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service handle customer queries and complaints and assist with general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
* Matric or Grade 12 / NQF 4 learning ability
* Added advantage: Customer Services Diploma
* Added advantage: Experience in a customer service call centre environment 12 years)
* Computer literacy (MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook)
* Customer service experience
* SAP experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
* Process orders received including stock orders and service orders
* Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
* Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
* Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
* Liaise with customers prospects and all Compass personnel

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
