Position Summary
The UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill invites applications for a postdoctoral fellowship in Educational Research and Teaching with a focus on CompetencyBased Education CBE . This program provides an exceptional opportunity for motivated individuals to gain expertise in educational research while engaging in impactful teaching and academic activities. This fellowship is designed to advance the fellows skills in competencybased educational research teaching and academic service preparing them for leadership roles in academia. The fellow will explore and contribute to the design implementation and evaluation of CBE strategies within pharmacy education emphasizing learnercentered approaches and innovative instructional design.
Required Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or a related degree. Strong interest in competencybased education and pharmacy education innovation. Excellent organizational communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Experience in developing and facilitating small group learning. Familiarity with curriculum design learning management systems and educational technology. Prior involvement in publishing scholarly work.
