Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager for their Arizona operations. This is an opportunity to help develop and assist in leading a division while working with one of the more stable and wellestablished contractors in the Phoenix area. I can provide full details on a quick phone call or follow up email. The essential qualities we are seeking to find are as follows:
- Experience in CMAR WWTP Industrial projects and local market and subcontractor knowledge.
- Experience in business development building/leading a team preconstruction efforts and client management.
Responsibilities will include:
Participating in leadership group Project Management duties as needed assist in Estimating writing subcontract agreements scheduling preparing monthly billings hiring consultants and overseeing other support staff.
