Production Manager (Machine Shop)
Experience: Min 10 Years in Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Industry DMGMORI)
Salary budget: up to 11 LPA

- The overallshiftinchargeresponsibletomeetthetargetsandtoassigntheworktotheCellleaders/knowledgecellleaders.
- Jobrelatedresponsibilitiestoachievethedaytodaygoalsofproduction.
- CoordinationwithPPCplanningandschedulingofproductioninconsultationwiththe shopincharge.
- Dailyproductionfeedback is giventotheshopincharge.
- Planedandachievedthegiventargetsduringtheshifts.
- Directandissuetimelyinstructionstothecellleaders/knowledgeleadersandoperatorsforachievingtheproductionduringtheshifts.
- TimelyinformationonattendancetoHRforprocessingthesalaryupdatingtheoperatorsskillsets.
- Disciplineactionfornoncompliancesinconsultationwithproductionhead.
- HandlingModernmachineshopDMGMORIandHyundaihavingcontrolHeidenhain&Fanuc)
- OEE improvement & analysis of inhouse rejection COPQ & preparation of detailed actionplanand through the PDCA cycle.
- Involved in Complete CNC Programming fixture setting tryouts process mapping preparation ofcontrolplan FAI FMEA APQP for the new component as per the schedule and making the best possible improvements.
- Involved in CapacityplanningPlantfacility budgeting completeplantlayout finalizations.
- Working for implementing TPM 5S KaizenPokayokeKanban) in a machine shop for higher productivity by reducing various losses.
- Taken full responsibility for recruiting interviewing hiring and training of personnel within 90 of capacity.
- Also involved in the Greenfield project of establishing a new stateoftheart machine shop for the new business opportunities.
