We are solving complex technical problems in the financial industry and need talented software engineers to join our mission and be a part of a global software development team.

Experience 7 12 years
Location: Bangalore
Education:
Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
Experience in Python and related libraries to accomplish the ML/AI task.
Relevant experience that showcases practical understanding of LLMs Prompting Finetuning Vector DBs Architectural Design for Chatbots and Information Retrieval using RAG.
Experience in delivering AI/MLpowered endconsumer applications.
Relevant experience of working with data engineers and understanding of datastores to accomplish the data requirements for the AI/MLproject.
Experience with a public cloud (AWS Microsoft Azure Google Cloud)
Required Skills:
Deal with ambiguity scoping and sequencing the complex problems into smaller critical experiments/tasks to drive the desired outcomes.
Write efficient and maintainable code in languages most suited to the AI/MLtasks.
Deploy ML models to production design monitoring plans and monitor AI/MLmodels in production.
Continuously upskill yourself with the recent developments in AI and apply your knowledge for solving the problems.
Work in evaluating building and fine tuning different LLMs to solve the problem.
Work with broader teams of developers and architects to integrate the AI capabilities for solving the end customer problems in a secure and compliant way.
Practice domaincompliant secure and responsible AI.
Coach junior team members and influence technical decisionmaking.
Collaborate with product managers customers and other stakeholders.
Help design and implement functional and nonfunctional requirements.
