Job Description
Job Title: Sr. Ecommerce Specialist Personal Care/Cosmetics

- Responsibilities:Manage and Optimize Product Listings: Oversee the creation management and optimization of product listings on Amazon Purplle Ajio Nykaa and other Ecommerce platforms to enhance visibility and drive sales.
- Ecommerce Strategy: Develop and implement effective ecommerce strategies to maximize product exposure improve conversion rates and achieve revenue targets.
- Content Management: Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions images and videos are utilized across all online channels to attract and engage customers.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends opportunities and threats in the Personal Care/Cosmetics industry. Utilize insights to refine product offerings and enhance competitiveness.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels sales velocity and demand forecasts to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize outofstock situations.
- Performance Tracking: Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel and other relevant software to track and analyze key performance metrics such as sales conversion rates and customer feedback. Generate regular reports and insights to inform decisionmaking.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including Marketing Sales and Supply Chain to align ecommerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in the Personal Care/Cosmetic industry focusing on ecommerce.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing product listings on major Ecommerce platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
