Job Overview
We are seeking a Tool & Die Designer to join our team at Smart Enovations India Pvt Ltd. The position is a fulltime role based in Bangalore Urban specifically designed for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in tool and die design. This is a juniorlevel position focused on developing highquality designs to meet customer specifications.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for design and modeling.(CATIA V5)preffered.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Knowledge of industryspecific tools and standard practices in tool and die design.
- Experience with tool integration ensuring seamless operation and compatibility.
- Familiarity with tool customization to meet specific client requirements and specifications.
- Strong analytical skills to assess designs and identify potential improvements.
- Attention to detail ensuring high levels of accuracy and precision in work.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and other stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop tools and dies in accordance with client specifications and industry standards.Progressive dies tandem dies etc.
- Create detailed design drawings using relevant software tools.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to refine design concepts and improve functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the design and development process.
- Ensure all designs comply with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Perform tests and simulations to validate designs and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all designs and iterations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project goals are met.
