The Test Data Lead is responsible for test data management across all platforms provide data to testing team that is usable repeatable & consumable and serves the test data requirements for each team.
Office location: Ideally Boston USA or optional Toronto Canada
Work arrangement: Hybrid 3 days in office 2 days from Home (Remote working option is not available)
Position Responsibilities:
Understand test data structure of the organization
Understand test data requirements for associated platform
Extract data through existing tools
Maintain data integrity and quality standards
Create a centralized reusable test data repository
Required Qualifications:
8 years of total IT experience
56 years of experience in test data management or data engineering in a large complex environment preferably in the life insurance or financial service industry.
Experience with cloud based technologies like Salesforce & Azure Kubernetes in a regulated environment
Expertise in SQL ETL processes and data warehousing
Exp. in designing and developing Data
Not really a QA/QE role
Understanding of Data catalog Data quality Data modeling and Data mapping
Non production environment
Provisioning test data platform
Know how to use reusable data
Strong knowledge of life insurance business processes including policy administration underwriting
35 years experience with data tools & automation ETL Delphi Informatica
Knowledge in API test data provisioning for microsevices based architecture
Strong scripting skills Python PowerShell)
Relevant Data Certifications TDM Practitioner
Bachelors degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Data Management Professional
Azure Data Engineer
Delphix or Informatica Test Data Management Certification

Salary range is expected to be between
$104860.00 USD $194740.00 USDIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location please contact for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant jobrelated factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
